In hall 15 stand H05 the company offers a survey about the known product program and also the possibility to catch up on the newly presented this year’s devices on 130 square meters in Hanover from 4th to 8th April.
Miniature solenoid valves for fluid technology size 5 and 7mm
The program of miniature valves will be enriched by a new solenoid valve concept with size 5mm. Furthermore the solenoid valve series with a diameter of 7mm presented already last year has been extended by the variant 3/2 NC.
Small polarized rotary solenoids with self-actuating reset
Generally at polarized systems there is the possibility to realize reversion of the rotational direction by pole change of the supply voltage. Normally this causes, however, an effort at the control terminals. This effort is not applicable if the driving shaft of the device is reset automatically. Here Magnet-Schultz presents a novel system which may allow a service life of several million cycles of operation.
Rotary solenoids with improved efficiency
A new design of the magnetic circuit using modern chipping technologies enables an increase of the rated torques of the devices by factors. With the requirement for equal torque this means smaller and lighter devices and less power consumption for the user.
Sensorless position detection for solenoids
As highlight Magnet-Schultz presents a patented new design for position detection for electromagnetic actuators. This electronic system determinates the position of the armature in energized and de-energized condition without mechanical scanning by a sensor component.
